MOUNT OLIVE - A fundraiser is being held today in Mount Olive to benefit the victims of last month's fatal fire in Flanders.

The Flanders Fire and Rescue Squad is collecting money and clothing to help the surviving family members. Christiano Bonner, 7, and his stepfather Hesham Moustafa, 52, were both killed in the fire last month. Investigators blamed an altered space heater for sparking the fire.

The fundraiser is being held at 27 Main St. in Mount Olive from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. this afternoon.
