The overnight rain provided some much-needed relief for firefighters battling several large brush fires around the state.

A fire in Wharton State Forest burned more than 200 acres before finally being 100 percent contained.

A massive blaze in Beachwood, dubbed the "Continental Fire," along with another in Downe Township in Cumberland County are also 100 percent contained.
