LAKEWOOD - The fiancée of slain Lakewood officer Christopher Matlosz is speaking out about his death for the first time since he was shot while in the line of duty last month.

Walsifer later talked to News 12 New Jersey in her first sit-down television interview about the Jan. 14 fatal shooting. She says Matlosz never talked about moving up in the ranks because he loved the action of being a patrolman and that he died doing what he loved.

Earlier today, Kelly Walsifer also testified in front of members of the Senate's Law and Public Safety Committee about the incident.

Wasifer says she feels Matlosz has unfinished business and wants her to be taken care of. She says she feels his presence all the time.
