FORT LEE - A Fort Lee man could get 65 years in prison for allegedly pocketing payroll tax dollars which helped fund a lavish lifestyle.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says Trevor Whittingham, the owner of EZ Going Park Here and We Have Cars II in Manhattan, is liable for more than $250,000 between December 2006 and June 2009. He was arrested at his home in Fort Lee yesterday.

Reports say he is charged with 13 counts of failing to pay over payroll taxes to the IRS. Each count carries a maximum of five years in prison.
