FBI joins investigation on bomb threats at local schools

BERGEN COUNTY - The FBI has joined the investigation to find the person or persons responsible for making over two dozen bomb threat calls to local schools. 

Over 20 schools in 11 New Jersey towns were placed on lockdown or were evacuated Tuesday after threats were made against them.

Similar threats were made to schools in five other states.

No word whether the incidents are connected.
