FREEHOLD - A massive search is under way for the father of 2-year-old Tierra Morgan, who was found dead in a stream in Shark River Park last night.

During a news conference today, authorities announced that 27-year-old Arthur Morgan III has been charged with his daughter's murder.

The little girl was last seen with her father, who had picked her up Monday for court-approved visitation. He failed to return Tierra to her mother, 24-year-old Imani Benton.

Benton is being treated at a community medical center in Toms River for apparent emotional breakdown.
