The search continues for missing College of New Jersey senior Paige Aiello

HILLSBOROUGH - The father of a missing College of New Jersey senior says his daughter was very stressed recently and living at home for added support.

Paige Aiello was reported missing Tuesday after apparently taking off in her mother's car from their home in Hillsborough. Later that day a passer-by reported finding her purse, cellphone and car keys on the south walkway of the George Washington Bridge.

Authorities searched the Hudson River and did not find anything.

Christopher Aiello told reporters his daughter is a high achiever who was accepted to nine law schools.

Published reports indicate that she is the captain of the college tennis team and works two jobs while preparing to attend Rutgers Law School in Newark in the fall.

AP wire services contributed to this report.
