CLAYTON - The father of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale is now suing the parents of his daughter's killer.

Justin Robinson pleaded guilty last month to luring the girl to his house and strangling her. He was sentenced to 17 years in prison in a plea deal.

The civil complaint claims Robinson's parents should have known their son required treatment for emotional and psychological problems, and that he was negatively impacted by witnessing domestic abuse in their home.

Robinson's brother, Dante, was also accused in connection with the girl's murder. He was released from a youth correctional facility last week after pleading guilty to a lesser charge and serving six months.

Pasquale disappeared last fall while riding her bike. Her body was found two days later inside a recycling bin near the Robinson's home.
