Fire rips through Flanders home (2/18/13)

FLANDERS - The Morris County Prosecutor's Office says an early morning fire at a Flanders home killed a man and a young child Monday.

The fire was first reported just before 4:30 a.m. on monday in a multi-family home at 56 Main St.

The victims have been identified as 52-year-old Hesham Moustafa and his 7-year-old stepson, Christiano Bona. Two other victims were taken to a nearby hospital, including Bona's sister Bianca.

Some tenants say the fire may have been heat-related.

Bianca's grandfather tells News 12 that she is being treated for burns and smoke inhalation. He says she is in stable but critical condition.
