Family says goodbye to boy killed in boating accident

MOUNT ARLINGTON - Family and friends said their goodbyes Sunday to a 10-year-old boy from Mount Arlington who was killed in a tragic boating accident on Lake Hopatcong.

Christopher D'Amico was killed Wednesday afternoon after he fell overboard and was then hit by a pontoon boat operated by his father.

Visitation for D'Amico was held at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home in Landing.

His funeral Mass will take place at Our Lady of the Lake in Mount Arlington at 11 a.m. Monday.
