FREEHOLD - The family of a Marlboro man that is accusing the Monmouth County Jail of brutality in his death held a rally yesterday in Freehold. Amit Bornstien, 22, died seven hours after his arrest while in the custody of corrections officers this summer.

The family has filed a lawsuit against the county, alleging that the officers shackled and beat Bornstein to death.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office says the case is still under investigation.
