NORTH CALDWELL - A family in North Caldwell has taken snowman building to new heights with a creation on Maple Drive that stands 12 feet high.

Michelle Rombough says her husband and kids took advantage of the snow day today by building the giant structure.

"Starting with the first snowstorm in January, they had made two pretty decently large snowmen that continued to become larger and larger as the snow kept coming," she says.

The kids also made a snow "puppy" based on their dog Harley.

The snowman has yet to be named.
