RED BANK - The jackpot for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing has risen to $400 million after nobody matched all six numbers over the weekend.

Managers at Welsh Farms in Red Bank say ticket sales have been very strong with the enticing jackpot.

Players there are already thinking about how they'd spend the cash.

"It’d just be a great thing and I'd just help out a lot of people that need help, like myself," says Jimmy Mannello, of Oceanport. "Make life easier for people that I know."

The top prize Wednesday night will be the fourth-biggest Powerball jackpot ever.
