WAYNE - A former Wayne Hills High School quarterback is in trouble with the law again.

Andrew Monaghan, 18, has been charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly interfered with a police investigation of a noise complaint at a house party.

The former quarterback recently cut a deal with prosecutors to avoid prosecution on assault charges. He was one of nine Wayne Hills students charged with beating two rival students at a Halloween party last year.
