Ex-Hackensack police chief's conviction partially overturned

HACKENSACK - A former Hackensack police chief's jury conviction was partially overturned today.Superior Court Judge Joseph Conte overturned Ken Zisa's conviction of two charges of official miscount and a pattern of official misconduct.
