EWING - Many people in the South Fork section of Ewing continue to struggle as they mark the one-year anniversary of a deadly explosion.

Contractors working in the area on March 4, 2014 struck a gas line that later ignited and destroyed several homes in the area. One woman was killed and several utility workers were injured.

Many residents in the area say they’re struggling to rebuild after the blast.

"I have an elementary school neighbor whose house was just completely gone now,” said resident Alex Koroljow. “So, it's been a crazy, crazy year."

The state’s Board of Public Utilities continues to examine the incident.
