UNION - Eric LeGrand, who has made tremendous progress since he was paralyzed in a Rutgers football game last October participated in the coin toss at tonight's Snapple Bowl held at Kean University. For 18 years, the Snapple Bowl has featured the top high school football all-stars from Middlesex and Union counties. The game has also raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity.
