NEWARK - A group of 100 attorneys, legislators, and union members gathered at Rutgers Newark School of Law for the first-ever workplace bullying seminar Friday.

One of the speakers was State Senator Linda Greenstein, who is sponsoring the Healthy Workplace Act.

"It's extreme stress," says Greenstein. "What we're looking for here is not your everyday not-so-pleasant workplace, which some are. We're looking for very serious situations."

If you or someone you know is struggling with this problem, the National Workplace Bullying Coalition says there are options.
