ELIZABETH - Residents in Elizabeth still having trouble signing up for health care under the new Affordable Care Act got some much needed help today at a clinic sponsored by the city.

The meeting was intended to answer questions and to assist applicants with the registration process.

Elizabeth Mayor Chris Bollwage says securing health care coverage has always been a high priority.

"It's always been really difficult to say that we don't have a lot of avenues to help you," Bollwage says, but he plans on making sure every resident knows their choices.

The city has also set up a hotline that can be used for help with registering for coverage under the Affordable Care Act.
