NEWARK - The General Motor?s Chevrolet ?Volt Unplugged Tour? made a stop this afternoon at the PSE&G headquarters in Newark.

The ?Volt Unplugged Tour? is a 12-city tour showcasing the functionality and capability of the Chevrolet?s new electric car, the Volt.

PSE&G executives, state and local leaders and GM representatives were on hand to discuss electric vehicles and their benefits, as well as their experiences test driving the Volt.

PSE&G says it will be testing a few of the cars with employees over the next few months.

The Volt is scheduled to go on sale in four weeks.
