EGG HARBOR - A pharmacy in South Jersey is facing a lawsuit over claims a customer received a receipt identifying her as "Ching Chong " Lee.

Hyun Lee placed an online picture order and picked it up at a CVS in Egg Harbor.

The woman says she used her real name when she placed the order, but her receipt had the erroneous name, which she considers to be a racial slur.

Based on the complaint, CVS says the clerk will be retrained.

The lawsuit reportedly asks for $1 million in damages.
