EDISON - Residents living in two Middlesex County communities say the power has gone out six times in four days and they are fed up.

Power was restored Thursday night, but Edison and Highland Park neighbors have been seeing the problems ever since a nearby substation malfunctioned.

"Extremely frustrating," says Rich Stevenson of Highland Park. "You never know when it's going to go out. When it's out you don't know when it's coming back. In three hours the temperature in the house drops anywhere from 15 to 18 degrees. PSE&G, they're not giving us any answers. It's just been one excuse after another."
