EDISON - Drivers are finally starting to feel a little relief at some gas pumps across the Garden State.

A station on Route 9 north in Old Bridge is selling a gallon of regular gasoline for $3.07 when paying cash. According to AAA, regular unleaded gas in New Jersey costs an average of $3.44 a gallon. That's about 6 cents cheaper than the national average of $3.50.

According to the Lundberg Survey of fuel prices, the average price has dropped 12 cents a gallon in the past two weeks.
