Driver faces aggravated manslaughter charges in E. Orange crash

EAST ORANGE - Prosecutors have filed aggravated manslaughter charges against a driver involved in a fatal car chase in East Orange.

Police say they were pursuing Tariq Sewell, 26, of Vauxhall, when he struck and killed Darroll Morris, 55, and his dog at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Park Avenue.

There were five other people in the car who were not charged.
