MORRIS COUNTY - Dozens of motorists were lined up along the westbound side of Interstate-80 in Morris County Friday after getting flat tires.
According to the New Jersey Department of Transportation, road crews laid down new asphalt Thursday night. However, some of that asphalt broke apart, exposing the road joints.
As soon as it was reported, road crews were back out to make repairs, but not before dozens of motorists sustained flat tires.
