ASBURY PARK - An arrest has been made four years after a 23-year-old man was fatally shot on an Asbury Park street.

Investigators say Dominique Moore was in a group of people who followed Daniel Graves after he left a pizza shop on January 10, 2013. They say Moore gunned down Graves at Dewitt and Bangs avenues.

Family members say they always had an idea who pulled the trigger but were forced to wait as detectives made their case. They received the news Thursday night that they had a suspect in custody.

They say the arrest is a chance at justice but not relief from the loss.

"It's an ongoing pain. You have good days and bad days. But it's never over," says Raymond Lopez, Graves' uncle.

Moore is facing charges of murder and weapons possession. He will be in court before a judge on Wednesday for a detention hearing.
