WOODLAND PARK - Fire officials teamed up to save a dog stuck on the side of a cliff in Woodland Park.

The stray animal was trapped between the rocks on Garret Mountain.

Crews aren't sure how he got there, but suspect he was looking for food.

The dog was very dirty and hungry when he was brought down, but otherwise in good condition.

The white fluffy pooch is now in the hands of animal control, where he will be shaven down. He'll then be taken to a veterinarian, where he'll be cared for until he can be adopted.
