WEEHAWKEN - (AP) - Delays are easing after a disabled truck snarled traffic in the Lincoln Tunnel. NJ Transit buses are operating up to 30 minutes behind schedule from New Jersey into Manhattan. They had been up to an hour late. It took 20 minutes for officials to remove the truck from the north tube by 8:15 a.m. Thursday. NJ Transit trains were honoring bus passes. Some buses were diverted to Secaucus Junction and Newark Penn Station so passengers could take trains instead.
