BAYONNE - The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is retracting its statement made about Saturday's oil spill in Bayonne.

DEP officials now say that the incident is still under investigation.

Officials originally said the oil spill was caused by a tugboat operator's error, which caused a collision.

Now the DEP says more investigation is needed to find out what happened.

The Coast Guard has cleaned up most of the oil from the spill.
