STOCKHOLM - Crews in Sussex County are out in full force preparing the streets and roadways for significant snowfall from tonight's nor’easter.

Crews spent much of the day spreading salt water on major roadways to prevent icing while the Department of Transportation had 1,000 plow trucks on standby across the state.

The heaviest snowfall is expected in northern New Jersey.
