TRENTON - Council members had more questions than answers at a meeting held just hours after the FBI finished their raid on Trenton Mayor Tony Mack's office.

Some members asked others to remain vigilant with the mayor while others praised the efforts of the FBI.

The FBI told News 12 New Jersey that the raids are part of a number of investigations, but wouldn't elaborate beyond that.

A city official said despite the FBI search, the city was open for business today and will be tomorrow even if the FBI comes back.

The raid comes a day after federal officials executed a search warrant at the home of Trenton Mayor Tony Mack. Raids were also conducted at the homes of his brother and a campaign contributor.
