Cops: Alleged Picasso thief stole wine in Wayne

WAYNE - Police say that Mark Lugo is a thief with expensive taste. The Hoboken man allegedly stole a Picasso from a California art gallery.

Authorities also say Lugo took expensive wine from Gary's Wine & Marketplace in Wayne. They say surveillance video shows Lugo stealing a few bottles of Petrus wine, valued at $2,000 each.

Lugo will be in California court tomorrow to face theft charges for the Picasso. It's unclear when he will to New Jersey to face charges in Wayne.
