Computer systems have been restored at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission after technical issues caused a shutdown.

EDISON - Computer systems have been restored at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission after technical issues caused a shutdown.

The computer glitch was first reported Tuesday afternoon at all MVC locations. No customer transactions were able to be processed during the outage.

Customers were lined up outside the MVC office in Edison Tuesday afternoon after they were told they would have to wait or come back another time to complete their business.

There is no word on what caused the outage.
