MORRIS PLAINS - It's been tough this year for the Interfaith Food Pantry in Morris Plains to keep their shelves stored. So to fill them back up, the organization is sponsoring a county-wide competition.
They are pitting towns and cities against one another to see who can collect and donate the most food in what they're calling the McMatch - The Morris County Action to Curb Hunger.
There are no prizes being offered, but the winning team can be satisfied knowing they did the most to help people receive the assistance they need.
Last year alone, the Interfaith Food Pantry helped to feed more than 12,000 people in Morris County.
