College students up early to clean up Hoboken

HOBOKEN - Students from the Steven Institute of Technology were up early today to take part in a day of community service across Hoboken.

About 200 students helped clean up Sinatra Park, Maxwell Park and sidewalks across the town.

The students helped clean the parks by removing debris and dead branches while planting new trees as well as some painting.

Many of the students say they want to keep the town beautiful since they may settle down there after college.
