EDISON - A winter blast of bone-chilling cold weather has sent temperatures plummeting into the teens with the winds making it feel like single digits across much of the Garden State today.
News 12 New Jersey meteorologist Dave Curren says tonight will be partly cloudy and breezy, with a chance of flurries. Temperatures will be between 12 and 18 degrees and winds will be around 15 miles an hour.
A few flurries fell in northern and central parts of the state overnight according to Curren.
Temperatures are expected to thaw slightly ahead of the weekend.
