BRADLEY BEACH - Coast Guard officials have called off the search for a young swimmer who went missing off the waters of Bradley Beach yesterday. Friends and family members lined the shore today to observe a moment of silence for 15-year-old Naisere Nelson. Police say he got caught in a rip current without lifeguards on duty. Rescue officials resumed their efforts early this morning after severe weather forced them to postpone the mission last night. Tyler Tucker, a friend of Nelson's, said the two were swimming together when Nelson was swept out. Tucker says another friend tried to save him, but Nelson panicked, slipped under the waves and never came back up. Grief counselors were available at the beach this evening, and will be available at Neptune High School, where Nelson was a student.Search continues for 15-year-old swept away at Bradley BeachSearch postponed for 15-year-old swept away at Bradley Beach
