JERSEY CITY - Police have arrested one suspect in connection with a shootout that happened last night in Jersey City.

A church van taking children home from choir practice at Mt. Pisgah Church got caught in the shootout's crossfire. One bullet pierced the van's windshield as those inside ran for cover inside the church.

Thomas Comey, Jersey City's police chief, says two men opened fire on another group, who then fired back. Twenty-year-old Darion Pinkney has been arrested and police are still looking for the other suspects.
