PASSAIC - A man from Passaic will face a grand jury for his alleged role in a biker attack in New York City.

Christopher Cruz is accused of causing a crash when he stopped short on his bike and was hit by an SUV. The incident was caught on camera by another biker Sunday.

After running over several other bikers in an attempt to escape the violent attack, the SUV driver was eventually caught and beaten.

Cruz did not enter a plea in court yesterday.

The biker who suffered a crushed spine in the incident has hired high-profile lawyer Gloria Allred.
