TRENTON - Gov. Chris Christie has signed what he calls a "balanced, responsible budget," but not without some red lines.

Christie vetoed $1 billion in tax increases on families and businesses.

It is the fifth consecutive budget Gov. Christie has signed in his tenure. The budget for the fiscal year 2015 now stands at $32.5 billion.
