Christie says he's still not running for president

EDISON - Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) reiterated that he has no plans to run for president in 2012 during a speech at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in California last night.

In response to someone who urged him to run, the governor said, "It's extraordinarily flattering. By the same token, that heartfelt message that you gave me is also not a reason for me to do it. That reason has to reside inside me."

Christie seemed to be a big hit with the audience, prompting major laughs from many of his supporters in the crowd.
