Christie's wife leaves hospital

TRENTON - (AP) - In a sign that New Jersey Gov. ChrisChristie is feeling better, his wife, Mary Pat, has left thehospital where the governor was taken after experiencing breathingproblems.

The 48-year-old governor was driven to Somerset Medical Centeron Thursday by his state police security detail as a precaution.Christie suffers from asthma and his spokesman says all indicationsare the governor will be fine.

Mrs. Christie did not speak with reporters as she left shortlyafter 3:15 p.m., but aides to the governor said earlier that sheexpected to go to their son's baseball game later Thursday.

Mary Pat Christie works part-time as a vice president at CantorFitzgerald investment bank in New York.
