Christie honors high school basketball team for big win

JERSEY CITY - Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) traveled to Jersey City this morning to meet with a high school basketball team from Hudson County that won the 2010-2011 national championship.Christie joined Hall of Fame coach Bob Hurley and the rest of St. Anthony's High School boys' basketball team on a walk over to their practice gym.The governor then announced a proclamation honoring the Friars for their victory. Along with their success on the court, Christie acknowledged St. Anthony's 100-percent rate of sending students to college."What you're doing every day is an example that inspires people," Christie told the students.
