LONG BRANCH - Gov. Chris Christie traveled to Long Branch to hold his 127th town hall meeting and to continue his "No Pain, No Gain" summer series.

The governor made his case for pension reform as the amphitheater crowd, which included small business owners, listened closely.

"Sixty cents of every new dollar has gone to three things-- pension, public sector health care both active and retiree, and debt service. All backwards looking things," Christie says. "It's not sustainable, and for a small business person like you, it will crush you."

The governor also addressed casino closures in Atlantic City, but said the situation should not be considered a disaster.
