EMERSON - Prosecutors have filed charges against the driver of the SUV that crashed and killed a high school senior in Bergen County.

Stephanie Morgan, 18, was killed when an SUV she was riding in flipped over last Wednesday evening on Hasbrouck Avenue in Emerson.

Two other people, including Morgan's younger brother, survived the crash.

Police say the driver of the SUV the Emerson High School student was riding in, lost control. They say juvenile delinquency charges have now been filed against the driver.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
