Macaroni & Cheese - 6 tbs flour 1 stick of butter 1 1/2 cups fat free milk 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cloves 1 bay leaf salt pepper 1 c. fat free half and half 1 pound pasta cooked 2 cups reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups fontina cheese, grated 1 individual container of fat free Greek yogurtPlain panko bread crumbs
*Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta. *Melt butter in a large saute pan and slowly add flour, whisking over medium low heat until thick, but does not have color. *Pour in milk and spices. Cook, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes. *Stir in half and half to combine. *Add both cheeses and stir until melted and combined. *Stir in Greek yogurt. *Toss pasta with cheese sauce until evenly coated. *Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray and pour pasta into baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown, 45 minutes to an hour.
