2 cans black beans (15 oz. ea. rinsed and drained) 1 tsp instant coffee 3/4 cup regular oats1/4 cup Flax seed meal1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup raw agave 1 egg1/3 cup milk (any kind of milk, we use almond milk in my house) 2 tsp raw sugar1/4 cup canola oil 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking powder 2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 cup semi sweet choc chips for top
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients, except 1/4 c. chips in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth about 5 minutes depending on power of food processor. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top. Bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool at least 10 minutes before trying to cut. Makes about 15 brownies if you cut them small or one really big brownie for those days when you're feeling a little bluesy.
