Chef Jesse’s Baby Back Ribs
Serve 6

Chef Jesse's Rub
¼ cup paprika
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp White pepper
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp granulated onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Smoked Salt

2 pounds of baby back ribs, cleaned and membrane removed

Mix all the spices above in a bowl, .Sprinkle the rub all over the ribs, then marinate overnight.

Next day Fire up grill, hot side and cold side,,with a shallow pan on one side, place ribs on the cold side, cover grill, let ribs smoke for 1 hour, after one hour, Place ribs, In foil add apple juice , place, ribs back on cold side, let cook for 2 hours or until fork tender, unwrap ribs, place on hot side, brush on your favorite BBQ, let glaze for 5 minutes.
