2 Fish & 5 Loaves Signature Seafood Combination - 2 fillets whiting fish4 jumbo shrimp4 sea scallopsvegetable oil (enough to fill a cast iron skillet half way) 2 eggs1 c. milk1 c. 2 Fish 5 Loaves signature seafood batter (you can order the mix online from the restaurant and they will ship it OR you can make your own at home using flour, salt, pepper and what ever spices you enjoy on seafood)

*Pre-heat oil to 350 degrees. *Combine eggs and milk, gently whisk. *Marinate shrimp and scallops in egg mixture. *Dredge scallops and shrimp in seafood batter. Dredge fish fillets in batter WITHOUT coating them in milk mixture. *Gently place fillets into hot oil. Cook 3 minutes on one side, turn and cook an additional 2 minutes until golden brown. *Remove fish from oil and drain on paper towel or in a wire basket. *Gently place shrimp and scallops in hot oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on all sides. *Remove and drain. *Arrange fish with shrimp and scallops on plate with your favorite sides - Kevin recommends cole slaw and french fries.
