Calm before the storm in Atlantic Highlands

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS - News 12 New Jersey has a team of reporters fanned out across New Jersey to cover Hurricane Sandy's arrival. The powerful winds and heavy rains that come along with Sandy are sure to arrive at any time. However, people in the Atlantic Highlands neighborhood were out on Sunday enjoying the last few hours before the storm hits . Administrators say that they are mostly satisfied with their storm preparations as of now. Municipal officials and harbor police have managed to clear out a large number of the boats that fill the neighborhood's marinas. Officials say this action should prove to be a huge asset if the surge is as large as expected.
